The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. The 777rio never asks users for their passwords through any channel — not via chat, email, or phone. Any activity carried out using account credentials is the sole responsibility of the account holder.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. Pix deposits are credited to the user's account instantly. Bank slip deposits may take up to 1 business day to clear. Credit card deposits are processed within 30 minutes.
The 777rio only accepts deposits made in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third parties will be declined or reversed, and the account may be preventively suspended until the matter is resolved. This includes Pix deposits from keys linked to CPFs other than the account holder's.
The 777rio does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by the user's financial institution are solely the user's responsibility. The minimum amount to activate the welcome bonus is R$ 20.00 on the first deposit.
The 777rio processes Pix withdrawals in up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national and municipal holidays. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.00.
Withdrawals are credited exclusively to the bank account whose CPF matches the CPF registered on the 777rio. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. The user must have a Pix key registered in their own name (CPF, email, phone number, or random key).
The 777rio reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts, in accordance with legal anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance obligations. This process does not imply any suspicion toward the user; it is a legal requirement of the platform.
Bonus balance that has not been converted to real balance through rollover completion cannot be withdrawn. When a withdrawal is requested while a bonus balance is still active, the bonus balance and rollover progress are automatically forfeited.
The 777rio offers periodic bonuses and promotions aimed at delivering extra value to players. Each promotion has specific terms that should be read carefully before activation.
The welcome bonus from 777rio matches 100% of the first deposit amount, up to R$ 500.00. Examples: a deposit of R$ 100.00 generates a R$ 100.00 bonus (total of R$ 200.00 in your account); a deposit of R$ 500.00 or more generates a R$ 500.00 bonus.
The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 10x on the bonus amount. Example: a BRL 200.00 bonus requires BRL 2,000.00 in valid bets to convert into real balance. The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 days from the moment the bonus is activated.
The welcome bonus is exclusive to the first deposit and may be used only once per CPF. Attempts to open multiple accounts in order to claim the bonus more than once will result in immediate cancellation of the balance and closure of all identified accounts.
The 777rio reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace promotions at any time, provided reasonable advance notice is given for ongoing promotions. Promotions may not be combined with one another unless their respective terms expressly state otherwise.
Sports Betting at 777rio cover sports such as football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and state championships), volleyball (men's and women's Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform.
A bet is considered final after the user confirms it and the 777rio system accepts it. 777rio. The bet confirmation is available in the "Bet History" section of the account. Confirmed bets cannot be canceled, except in the cases provided for in these terms (bets on canceled markets or suspended events).
Sports betting results follow the official sources of the confederations and leagues responsible for each competition. The 777rio is not responsible for inaccuracies in external sources, but performs double verification before settling markets.
Bets placed by accounts identified as involved in match-fixing, bot use, or any practice contrary to fair play will be voided and the accounts involved will be permanently closed with notification to the relevant authorities.

The VIP Program of 777rio has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progress between levels is based on the accumulation of VIP points earned through wagers placed with real balance.
Bets placed with bonus balance generate 25% of the normal points. Bets placed with VIP cashback generate 100% of the normal points.
VIP cashback is credited every Monday as real balance, with no rollover requirement, based on betting volume from the previous week (Monday to Sunday). Cashback rates by level are: Bronze 3%, Silver 5%, Gold 8%, Platinum 12%, and Diamond 20%.

A breach of any of these points authorizes the 777rio to take the measures described in section 11 of these terms, including account closure and balance retention.
The 777rio may suspend or close an account at any time in the following situations:
In the event of closure due to suspected illegal activity or confirmed fraud, the 777rio may hold the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms an irregularity, the balance may be voided and the case referred to the relevant authorities.
In the event of closure with no irregularities (such as a request by the user themselves), any available real balance in the account will be returned via Pix after identity verification is completed, within up to 5 business days.
The 777rio is not liable for financial losses arising directly from gambling activity. Sports Betting and casino games carry an inherent risk of loss, and users accept that risk in full by choosing to participate.
The 777rio does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Emergency outages may occur to protect platform security. During outages, bets in progress will be protected as described in section 8.
The 777rio is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of anticipated profit, loss of earnings, or any consequential damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence proven on the part of the platform itself. The maximum liability of the 777rio in any dispute is limited to the user's real balance at the time of the incident.
The 777rio collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected includes full name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone number, address, transaction history, and betting history.
This data is used exclusively to operate the platform, process transactions, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the user experience.
